We offer paid internships in offices all around the country. While our specific discipline opportunities change periodically, we’re always on the lookout for interns with backgrounds in creative, technology, strategy, media and delivery.
With that in mind, a few thoughts on what we look for in a potential intern for our summer internships:
First, we’re looking for folks who are smart – and not just book smart. You need the critical thinking chops to challenge, inspire and change perspective. We don’t believe in doing things by the book – we are innovators and problem solvers who create solutions in the most unexpected ways. Let’s face it, some stuff you just can’t learn in a book.
Then there’s passion; we want people who are filled with it. We like those who believe strongly in their ideas, who dig deep for solutions and who, at the end of the day, can’t stop.
Lastly, collaboration. This is a biggie. At Razorfish, we work on complex, gnarly problems which require a broad range of talented people working together to achieve a common goal. Lone rangers need not apply.
